Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic computer skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and repair of streets, sidewalks, curbs, signs, and public rights-of-way
• Perform pavement repairs, crack sealing, tree trimming/removal, snow removal, and related maintenance work
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment, including loaders, backhoes, chainsaws, and other machinery
• Respond to public service requests and provide courteous customer service
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Complete assigned tasks and work schedules as directed

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of street maintenance, road construction, or landscaping
• Experience operating equipment and power tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team
