Senior Payroll Specialist - New Opportunity!

A fast-growing, event-driven organization is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end, multi-state payroll in a high-volume environment. This role partners closely with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and employee support. On site (NW of downtown Atlanta near IKEA).

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll; review timesheets, PTO, OT, and special pay
• Manage garnishments, benefit deductions, COBRA, and reimbursements
• Prepare payroll reports and year-end filings (W-2s)
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, wage & hour, and tax regulations
• Support audits and process improvements

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of payroll/HR experience (high-volume preferred)
• Strong multi-state payroll and FLSA knowledge + Excel
• Experience with ADP, UKG, Paycom, Paycor, or similar

Details

• Salary: $70,000–$80,000
• Full-time with benefits
