About Us

Valor Facilities Management is a veteran-owned commercial cleaning company providing professional janitorial services to medical offices, dental practices, professional offices, and commercial facilities throughout the Sacramento region.

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust surfaces and remove cobwebs
• Clean break rooms and common areas
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Lock and secure facilities upon completion
• Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists
• Report maintenance or safety concerns

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
• Must be dependable and punctual

Schedule

• Evening and after-hours work
• Approximately 10-25 hours per week initially
• Additional hours available as the company grows
