Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board Certified and Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians, as well as Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians with Emergency Department experience, for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Radcliff, Kentucky.

This assignment offers a collaborative Emergency Medicine practice environment supported by Advanced Practice Providers and a consistent 24-hour physician coverage model. Providers will join an established Emergency Department team delivering patient-centered emergency care within a community-focused hospital setting.

Coverage Model
Physician Coverage

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

APP Coverage

• 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Providers must be willing to cover both day and night shifts.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluation, stabilization, treatment, and disposition of emergency department patients
• Management of acute medical, surgical, and traumatic presentations
• Emergency procedures within physician scope of practice
• Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers, nursing teams, and consulting specialists
• Documentation and order management within facility workflows
• Participation in an established Emergency Medicine coverage model

Candidate Requirements
Accepted Board Certifications

• ABEM / AOBEM
• ABFM / AOBFM with Emergency Medicine experience
• ABIM / AOBIM with Emergency Medicine experience

Additional Requirements

• Active Kentucky Medical License required
• Kentucky temporary license accepted if active
• Emergency Department experience required for non-Emergency Medicine trained physicians

Required Certifications
Emergency Medicine Boarded Physicians

• Facility-specific certifications as required

Non-Emergency Medicine Boarded Physicians

• BLS
• PALS
• ATLS
