Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Needs help with medication reminders, transportation, meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping. He had a stroke with has left him with some visual imparment and slower cognitive processing. Uses a walker. He is independant dressing, moving about, bathing. He goes daily to visit his wife in the memory care facility about 10 miles away and needs help with transportation to and from the facitliy. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
