Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are a fun loving Christian family that recently moved across country to Tucson. We are looking for a mother's helper/nanny to our baby girl. She will be 4-5 months old. Being new to the area, we are away from our community of family and friends, so it's important to us whoever we bring on becomes like family. I would love someone who thrives in routine tracking eating habits, nap habits, poop habits. And who makes effort in helping reach milestones, light house keeping, and/or running errands. 2-3 days per week 12-18hours per week. And 1 Friday/Saturday every month or two for my husband and I to have a date night.
