Apartment Maintenance Technician – Priest River, ID

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential community in Priest River. This position is responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services, preparing vacant units for new residents, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the property in a professional manner
• Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and landscaping tasks
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Become familiar with and adhere to Fair Housing Laws
• Prioritize tasks and follow through on assignments

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
• General maintenance experience preferred
