Maintenance Leadership Opportunities – Automotive & Plastics Manufacturing

Aegis Worldwide is partnering with multiple growing manufacturers in Michigan that are actively hiring experienced Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Managers.

We are looking for hands-on maintenance leaders who can drive equipment reliability, support maintenance teams, and ensure maximum uptime in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

• Maintenance Supervisor - Automotive Stamping Manufacturing - Sterling Heights, MI
• Maintenance Manager - Plastics Manufacturing - Auburn Hills, MI

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC-related issues
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance projects, and equipment installations
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory
• Promote a safe work environment and enforce maintenance best practices
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment performance

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Lead, or Senior Maintenance Technician
• Strong industrial troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lead from the floor and assist with hands-on troubleshooting when needed

Preferred Experience:

HYDRAULICS IS A MUST!

• Automotive manufacturing
• Mechanical stamping presses
• Injection molding or plastics manufacturing
• PLC troubleshooting and programming
• Fanuc, ABB, or other industrial robotics
• ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 environments
