LPC or LCSW for Private Practice School Based Position

We are a small, down to earth private practice excited to partner with Burrell Area School district. We are pioneering a new initiative in the Pittsburgh Area providing private practice therapy sessions in the school setting for grades K-12. This innovative approach helps bridge the gap between educational success and mental health wellness, allowing students to receive quality care without the burden of travel that parents are commonly overwhelmed with. We will be working with commercial based insurance plans only.

The perfect candidate will be an LPC or LCSW in good standing with excellent time management skills and able to maintain a caseload of 21 - 30 clients per week for in school counseling sessions. Opportunity to work in Deer Lakes and Shaler School Districts may also apply!

This will be a 1099 position and we are hiring for all grade levels. Additionally, telehealth evening/weekend hours can be made available for additional private practice clients. Our current therapists take home $1500 per week or more depending on their weekly hour commitment. We pay out weekly via direct deposit.

Current insurance credentialing preferred, specifically with UPMC or Highmark BC/BS, but not mandatory.

Must carry malpractice insurance, all clearances must be current and you must be able to work independently.

• Ability to add telehealth hours in evenings/weekends
