Description:
The HR Operations Coordinator will support the organization, categorization, and transition of records and materials. This role is responsible for ensuring records are accurately reviewed, categorized, and prepared for secure storage in alignment with company policies and compliance requirements. The position will play a key coordination role across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth and structured records management process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the review, classification and organization of records and materials
• Categorize records based on retention guidelines and document type
• Prepare and track records for transfer to approved offsite storage providers
• Maintain detailed tracking logs of records movement, storage locations, and retention timelines
• Conduct quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with records management standards
• Support documentation and reporting related to records organization and storage activities
• Serve as a point of coordination between internal teams and third-party storage partners
