Job Description
Handle personal injury cases through all stages, including case evaluation, discovery, motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents.
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, court appearances, negotiations, and trial-related proceedings.
Conduct legal research, analyze evolving laws, and develop effective case strategies.
Collaborate with attorneys and support teams to achieve favorable outcomes for injured clients.
Active admission to the New York State Bar.
Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters, with exposure ranging from early-stage litigation to complex trial work.
Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and case management.
Excellent legal writing, research, communication, and courtroom advocacy skills.
Ability to independently manage cases, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively with legal teams.
