BG Staffing is currently seeking a friendly and professional Leasing Consultant to support a busy apartment community in Columbus, Ohio (43240). This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and assisting residents and prospective tenants.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Location: Columbus, OH 43240
• Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary based on property needs)
• Employment Type: Contract/temporary

The Leasing Consultant will provide administrative and front office support, with a focus on answering phones and assisting with resident and prospect inquiries. You’ll be the first point of contact and play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the property.

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist prospective residents with basic leasing information
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents
• Support the leasing team with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Help ensure the leasing office runs smoothly day-to-day

• Previous customer service or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Reliable and punctual
