Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create CNC programs and machining instructions for production.
Program and operate 3-axis CNC equipment.
Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and models.
Select appropriate tooling and machining methods.
Set up machines and troubleshoot production issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality output.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in commercial architectural millwork, CNC programming, or related technical roles.
Experience programming CNC machines using woodworking software.
Strong understanding of millwork materials, construction methods, and AWI standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mathematical ability.
