Job Description
Join our team as a Wire Harness Assembler where you will play a crucial role in assembling and binding wires or cables for electronic and electrical systems. Your keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will help ensure the high quality of our products.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety standards and policies diligently.
- Wear personal protective clothing at all times.
- Learn and interpret drawings and schematics.
- Operate a computer efficiently to follow work instructions from a screen.
- Adhere to step-by-step assembly procedures to meet production expectations.
- Participate actively in the Lean Program (5S Program).
Essential Skills
- Experience in manufacturing.
- Electrical or mechanical skill set.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Assembly experience.
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics is helpful but not mandatory.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with crimping and small wiring is advantageous.
- Ability to work on a computer and operate touch screens.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, ethical, and conscientious worker.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean environment starting at 4am, with shifts lasting 8-12 hours per day and occasional weekend overtime. The role involves sitting at a workstation and utilizing a touch screen. Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push carts and storage racks, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
