Job Description

Are you a dedicated HR leader who thrives on building culture and supporting teams?

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be more than just an administrator; you will be a partner to our management team, an advocate for our associates, and a key driver of our workplace environment. We are seeking someone with a sharp focus on employee relations and investigations who can guide our team through complex personnel matters while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace.

What You Will Do

  • Be a Culture Champion: Coordinate employee events and initiatives to keep morale high and foster a sense of community.
  • Empower Our People: Provide guidance to managers on performance management, discipline, and fair employment practices, ensuring everyone is set up for success.
  • Navigate Complexity: Take the lead on employee relations and investigations, analyzing issues thoroughly and delivering clear, policy-driven solutions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of federal and state regulations, from FMLA to safety protocols, and facilitate training that keeps our team informed and compliant.
  • Grow the Team: Manage recruitment efforts and job postings to find the next generation of talent to join our ranks.
  • Support the Business: Develop clear job descriptions, manage KPI reporting, and handle unemployment claims with professionalism and poise.

What You Bring

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an HR leadership role.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulatory standards.
  • Conflict Resolution Skills: A knack for analyzing problems, conducting investigations, and navigating difficult conversations with confidence and respect.
  • Effective Communication: You can communicate clearly—whether you’re speaking one-on-one with an associate, leading a training session for a group, or writing documentation for the organization.
  • Education & Credentials: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or a related field) is preferred. PHR or SPHR certification is a definite plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Time and Attendance systems.

Work Environment
This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing setting. You should be comfortable with:

  • An active, fast-paced environment where you are on your feet (standing/walking 50–80% of the time).
  • Working in varying temperatures (heat and cold) and a manufacturing setting.
  • A schedule that may require flexibility, including occasional overtime during weekdays, weekends, or holidays.

Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.

We welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants. If you require a reasonable accommodation to make your application or interview experience a great one, please contact us.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
