**Join Our Dynamic Operating Room Team as an RN!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Operating Room Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team!\n \n- **Key Responsibilities:**\n - Utilize critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to anticipate and plan for patient care in the operating room.\n - Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, operating room technicians, and other healthcare professionals.\n - Ensure timely preparation and availability of supplies and equipment for surgical cases.\n - Communicate effectively with families, providing updates and addressing concerns.\n - Update and maintain physician preference cards for smooth operations.\n - Scrub and assist physicians during a variety of surgical procedures.\n - Supervise and support personnel delivering patient care.\n\n- **Requirements:**\n - Must possess a current Texas or compact nursing license.\n - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory.\n - Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.\n - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, with prior travel experience strongly preferred.\n - Please note that local candidates will not be accepted.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
