\n\nJob Details:
\n• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday
\n• 5 x 8-hour shifts per week
\n• No weekend shifts required
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• Must have proficiency with HCHB and OASIS systems
\n• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
\n• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
\n• AHA BLS certification required
\n• Mileage reimbursement provided at the government rate
