Job Description
Practice meaningful, critical care medicine while enjoying an exceptional quality of life just 25 miles north of Boston. As a physician-led private practice, InCare offers intensivists the opportunity to work in community hospitals where you can make a direct impact on patient care, collaborate closely with experienced physicians and APPs, and avoid the bureaucracy often found in large health systems. Our growing critical care program provides a supportive team environment, clinical autonomy, and the chance to build lasting relationships with colleagues, hospital partners, and the communities we serve throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
- Minimum of 5–10 shifts per month at a fixed home ICU location
- Approximately 15 total shifts per month / 180 shifts annually
- Remaining shifts distributed across our established hospital network
