1st\/2nd Shift - (100% Traveling) Team Leader<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
Pay Rate:<\/strong> $18.00 \/ HR
\nSchedule:<\/strong> Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
(M-F) Occasional weekend support required<\/p>\n\n

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee quality inspection teams across multiple manufacturing and warehouse locations. This role includes hands-on leadership, project coordination, and regular travel to customer sites where parts are produced or stored.<\/p>\n\n
Team Leads are responsible for setting up projects, managing customer expectations, and ensuring all team members are performing to required standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining communication between customers, inspectors, and internal leadership while ensuring quality and safety compliance at all times.<\/p>\n\n
\nKey Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n- \n\t
- Lead and support inspection teams across assigned job sites<\/li>\n\t
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety, quality, and customer requirements<\/li>\n\t
- Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses to supervise inspection activities<\/li>\n\t
- Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures<\/li>\n\t
- Serve as interim lead when the project supervisor is unavailable<\/li>\n\t
- Inspect parts and verify quality standards are met<\/li>\n\t
- Ensure all tools, gauges, and equipment are properly issued and maintained<\/li>\n\t
- Maintain clear communication with customer and site contacts<\/li>\n\t
- Complete required documentation throughout project duration<\/li>\n\t
- Participate in ongoing training and follow company policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\nQualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience required<\/li>\n\t
- Strong adaptability and flexibility with travel expectations<\/li>\n\t
