Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine care needs and facilitate appropriate plans.
\n
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services.
\n
• Utilize electronic medical records effectively to document patient interactions and care strategies.
\n
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and available resources.
\n
• Participate in weekend rotations to ensure 24/7 patient care coverage.
\n
• Adapt to dynamic clinical environments and float between units as needed.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active AK RN License required at start.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience required.
\n
• Experience with Epic EMR system required.
\n
• Pediatric case management experience required.
\n
• ACM certification preferred.
\n
• Willingness to work alternate weekends to meet facility needs.
\n
