CRNA Locums Job Tilamook, Oregon | Specific Weeks Starting in October and Ongoing 

Dates of Assignment:
--October 12-16
--November 23-27
--December 21-25

Details of Assignment:
--Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
--Call is on rotation 1 in 3 on weeknights and 1 in 4 on weekends.
--All CRNA practice
--Case Mix: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, OB/GYN, ENT, Endo
--CRNAs need proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
--Active Oregon license
