Join a Labor & Delivery / Birthing Center team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The RN will provide comprehensive care to antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, newborn, and pediatric patients in a Level I low-risk birthing center utilizing family-centered care and single-room maternity care. This role requires strong LDRP experience and the ability to care for mothers and newborns throughout the continuum of childbirth.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum 1 year of current LDRP experience required
\nExperience in a facility with 400+ deliveries annually preferred
\nActive Vermont RN License required
\nAHA BLS Certification required
\nTravel experience highly preferred
\nExperience with C-sections, epidurals, electronic charting, and venipuncture preferred
\nAdvanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certification highly preferred
\nNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification highly preferred
\nSTABLE Certification highly preferred
\nAFM, NRP, and STABLE may be obtained during onboarding
\nResume with all gaps greater than 30 days explained required
\nSkills checklist completed within the last year required
\nTwo supervisory references from the last two years required
