Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record
• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license
• National Certification required
• Minimum 3 years of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or General Medicine experience
• Current BLS Certification
• Active DEA Registration
• EHR experience preferred
• Ability to obtain IHS credentialing and security clearance
