Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated candidates for Welder/Fabricator openings in Hinckley, MN. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on fabrication work, producing high‑quality welds, and contributing to custom-built mechanical assemblies.

Hourly Pay: $22–$24/hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm Overtime: Fridays as needed Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Hinckley, MN

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and stainless components according to project specifications

• Fabricate parts and assemblies using blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions

• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, grinders, drill presses, and basic machining tools

• Fit, align, and tack components to prepare for final welding and assembly

• Inspect finished welds and assemblies to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and quality standards

• Previous experience in welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
