Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide nursing care in the Cath Lab, handling cases ranging from cardiac catheterizations to peripherally inserted cardiac devices.
\n
• Ensure the proper use of cardiovascular equipment and monitoring devices, including the Cupid EPIC and Xper dynamics system.
\n
• Participate in a three-person team, providing support alongside a second RN and one tech.
\n
• Assist with the preparation and administration of medication as per RN duties within the cath lab.
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including RNs and Cardiologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC charting system and ensure compliance with all facility policies and nursing standards.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license with eligibility to practice in West Virginia.
\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications, American Heart Association (AHA) required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Cath Lab environment.
\n
• Experience with IVUS, IABP, and Acist injector systems is preferred.
\n
• Required to participate in call rotations, including weekends and holidays.
\n
• Demonstrated competency in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring in a Cath Lab setting.
\n
