Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care for a travel nursing job in Moab, Utah.

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the Outpatient Nursing Services (OPNS) team
• Oversee Oncology, Infusion, and Wound Care programs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures
• Manage quality improvement, financials, budgeting, and program growth
• Coordinate staff orientation, training, and ongoing education
• Support outreach, referral development, and provider relationships
• Provide clinical oversight and administrative on-call support as part of nursing leadership

Required Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of Oncology Nursing experience (Required)
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with electronic health records
• Strong understanding of prior authorizations, coding, and billing
• Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team

Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Active Utah RN License
• ONS Certification (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Wound Care Nurse
• Infusion Certification

Additional Details:
• Working Manager position overseeing 2–3 employees
• Level 4 Trauma Hospital
• Blue Scrubs Preferred
• Temporary housing options may be available
• Located in Moab, Utah, with access to national parks and outdoor recreation
• Contract Length: 91 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
