\n\nJob Description\nWe are seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for our neonatal patients. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, with a proven ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:3. This role offers the opportunity to work in a Level III NICU, which provides care for infants who are 22 weeks and older.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Administration of medications and treatments, including blood products, anti-seizure medications, and antibiotics/antivirals. \n
- Assist with high-risk deliveries and perform procedures such as lumbar punctures. \n
- Monitor vital signs and recognize signs of neonatal sepsis and respiratory distress syndrome. \n
- Provide developmental care, including support for breastfeeding and handling of breast milk. \n
- Manage and care for various neonatal conditions including hyperbilirubinemia and neonatal abstinence syndrome. \n
- Coordinate and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. \n

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting. \n
- Valid BLS and NRP certifications required. \n
- Experience with Epic charting system is required. \n
- Must be able to work weekends, with a schedule of every other weekend required. \n
- Candidates may float to the Bryn Mawr Campus as needed. \n
