Job Description:

OR Circulator needed in AZ. Responsibilities include managing 250 surgeries/month in 4 operating rooms with specialties such as Ortho, general, eye, podiatry, gynecology, pain, urology, neurosurgery, and hand. Experience and comfort with Neurosurgery and use of the Davinci robot are required.

Additional Information:
1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions
2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE: We will not accept a traveler that has a permanent address within 100 miles of our hospital.
3) RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
