Overview
JST is seeking an Operational Psychologist to join our team.
This is a part-time position on-site in Millington, TN. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture.
Operational Psychologist Responsibilities
- Provide a qualified Operational Psychologist with a doctoral degree to serve as a subject matter expert in leadership assessment and development.
- Will be responsible for conducting leadership assessments and delivering feedback to senior Navy leaders, including Flag Officers, Senior Executive Service (SES) members, and senior officers (O-5/O-6). The work involves supporting various NLAP events across the Navy Type Communities (TYCOMS), requiring travel to deliver on-site assessments, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of the Navy's leadership development methodologies and scale operations.
Operational Psychologist Qualifications
- MUST hold an active Secret clearance.
- Possess ten (10) years of experience working with personnel assessment and selection
or work-suitability interviews. At least five (5) of the ten (10) years must include experience
working with active-duty military populations. This experience must include the review and
interpretation of cognitive and non-cognitive psychometric testing instruments as part of an
assessment and selection process. - Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or industrial organizational psychology.
- Shall be either industrial organizational psychologist, licensed clinical or counseling psychologists with operational assessment & selection experience and the following minimum education and work experience credentials.
- Must be subject matter experts with practical experience with multiple group-administered cognitive and non-cognitive psychological testing instruments.
