We’re hiring a compassionate RN or LPN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program, serving older adults in the Bowman, ND community since 2023. This position is open due to growth within our team!

  • Location: Bowman, ND (Note: This is an established program that first opened up in 2023)
  • Setting: Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health
  • Population: Adults ages 65+
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | NO call & NO weekends / paid holidays off
  • Salary: Up to $80,000, based on experience

You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
  • Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
  • Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
  • Growing and maintaining patient census
  • Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

About us:

Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.



Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
  • Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
  • Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
  • Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. required
