Job Description
We are hiring several CT Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality images for physician interpretation. The technologist ensures patient safety, follows radiation protection standards, and provides compassionate patient care while maintaining imaging equipment and records.
This position plays a vital role in delivering accurate diagnostic imaging services while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans according to physician orders and established imaging protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for CT examinations.
- Explain procedures and answer patient questions to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Administer contrast media as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Operate CT imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Review images for quality and completeness before submission to radiologists.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Follow radiation safety principles and infection control procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Monitor and maintain CT equipment; report malfunctions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with departmental quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R).
- CT certification preferred or obtained within required timeframe.
- Current state licensure as required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures, anatomy, and radiation safety.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time
- 5 days per week
- 8-hour shifts
- Occasional overtime, weekends, or on-call coverage may be required based on departmental needs.
Compensation is dependent upon experience - up to $62.00/hour
