Sports Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics 

Are you an experienced physical therapist looking to join a growing practice that is redefining the patient experience? A leading outpatient physical therapy clinic in Medford, NJ is seeking a dedicated and skilled physical therapist to help improve patients’ quality of life. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team, utilizing research, analytics, advanced technology, and hands-on techniques to deliver exceptional results. You will be treating patients with sports related injuries and also standard orthopedic injuries. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Work directly with patients to maximize physical recovery.
• Evaluate therapy effectiveness and track patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR.
• Educate and communicate with patients in a compassionate manner.
• Facilitate safe and effective return-to-life planning.

Qualifications

 

• Strong ability to build rapport with patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Physical Therapy and New Jersey licensure.
