Mechanical Superintendent

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical projects from inception to completion.
• Install HVAC equipment, ducts, piping, controls, exhaust systems, and other related mechanical work.
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and resolve issues.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Prepare and present reports on project status and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical supervision or management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in mechanical operations.
