Director of Spiritual Life

Piedmont Crossing, a not for profit EveryAge continuing care retirement community founded through the United Church of Christ, conveniently located in the Triad Area of Thomasville, North Carolina has the rare career opportunity for a full time Director of Spiritual Life. The position will be available in July, after ten years of service from our incumbent DSL. This opening offers an extraordinary opportunity for the right person to join a strong and impactful team in this fast paced and rewarding environment.

This person will be responsible for planning and directing the services of the Spiritual Life Program designed to meet the diverse spiritual and emotional needs of residents, staff and family members of the community, who come from a variety of faith traditions and backgrounds.

Qualified applicants will be an ordained minister with full standing in the UCC (or ability to obtain the same) strongly preferred, a minimum of five years of experience in either pastoral, clinical, or institutional ministry, and CPE experience strongly preferred.
