Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Feeding, Companionship, Errands / Shopping. Important - experience with dementia and memory patients . We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Personal care required, including setting up couple for meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We'll need you to handle errands when appropriate which would only be occasionally or to run get lunch or dinner etc.
