Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for somebody who can spend 1 to 2 hours a day with my father. He has moderately advanced dementia with very little short-term memory, but able to engage an interesting conversation. Ideally somebody who could convince him to go to dinner at his assisted-living and sit with him. Could just be a few days a week. Flexible.
