Companion Care Needed

My sister and I are looking for a caregiver with dementia care experience for our father living in Hackettstown, NJ. Primarily looking for a caregiver that can help with transportation to medical appointments, organizing medication with oversight to ensure hes taking them as prescribed, and assisting with buying groceries. Father lives alone, generally is very easy going with a good sense of humor but does come with challenges of struggling to keep track of his schedule and can get frustrated when confused. Very much willing to negotiate compensation as long as the dementia care skillset is assured, goal is to keep our father living at home for as long as possible.
