Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for our 2 special-needs children in Independence. This is a part-time, on call position for emergency and occasional respite care and to accomodate an irregular schedule. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who is comfortable with large dogs. The toddlers are 3 and 4 with Level 3 and Level 2 autism respectively. They are both non-verbal and one is partially toilet trained. Large but extremely sweet and loving dog in home as well.
