Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess service needs professionally and efficiently
• Write repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians and customers
• Provide timely updates and maintain communication throughout the service process
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure all concerns are addressed
• Schedule service, maintenance, and recall work, optimizing shop capacity
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a dealership service department
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• CDK and high-line brand experience preferred
• Professional appearance and a team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background, MVR, drug test)
