(9/80 schedule every other Friday off)

Position Overview

A large manufacturing facility is seeking experienced Trimmers to support the production of rubber-molded parts. This role involves operating molding machines, trimming excess material, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and shut down injection & compression molding machines

• Operate molding presses to produce rubber parts

• Remove finished products and trim flash, sprue, and excess material

• Inspect parts for defects (non-fill, discoloration, contamination)

• Monitor machine cycle times and performance

• Read work orders, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions

• Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or trimming experience

• Experience with injection or compression molding preferred

• Ability to stand for full shift

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Must pass drug test & background check
