• Pay: Commission pay ($75,000 - $200,000+ annually)

• Lead a High-Volume Pipeline: Manage a robust client pipeline using BrokerKit and BrokerBoost, converting company-provided and Zillow Flex leads into signed transactions.

• Partner on Complex Luxury Deals: Collaborate with senior mentors to execute intricate negotiation scenarios and high-value transactions across Hidden Hills and Calabasas.

• Produce High-Authority Content: Develop market insights and personal brand content in our professional studio, positioning yourself as a recognized luxury market authority.

• Execute Accountability Metrics: Track your conversion rates, pipeline activity, and revenue benchmarks to maintain qualification for lead bonuses, commission enhancements, and promotional opportunities.
