This role is responsible for assisting clients with service inquiries, scheduling moving appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from booking through move completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding moving services
• Schedule residential and commercial moving appointments
• Provide information on pricing, availability, and service options
• Maintain and update customer records accurately
• Coordinate with dispatchers and moving crews
• Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support daily office and customer service operations
