Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: 75 mile radius restriction applies. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Unit Details: Uses Meditech.

Shift & Scheduling: Call 1 day/week and every 4th/5th weekend.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission
