ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018 after previously working for another State Farm agent. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the industry and reinforced my passion for helping people protect what matters most while building meaningful relationships within the community.

I graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in Finance. My wife and I have five children, and family is a huge part of my life. Outside of work, you'll usually find us attending our kids' sporting events, swimming at the local pool, hiking nearby trails, or simply spending time together.

Giving back to the community is incredibly important to me. I serve as President of the Souderton Area Youth Wrestling Association and am proud to support local youth sports programs throughout the area. If there's an opportunity to help local kids and families, chances are we're involved.

Our agency currently has three team members and continues to grow. We offer 15 days of PTO, a health insurance stipend, profit-sharing opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Richard D'Antonio - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
