We are placing experienced operators with multiple clients in Richmond & Ashland. If you excel at running production equipment and keeping quality tight, this role offers steady 2nd and 3rd shift work at $18–$22/hour.

Role overview

• Operate and oversee production machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Adjust machine settings to hold quality and meet output goals.
• Identify and address basic mechanical or quality issues.
• Follow site-specific safety procedures and production standards.
• Uphold housekeeping expectations in your area.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated machine operating experience required.
• Capability to perform basic adjustments and minor setups.
• Accuracy-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Able to stand for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
• Dependable attendance and a team-first mindset.

• Pay range: $18–$22/hour.
