Job Description

This position is responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to order placement and general inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Customer Care Representative ensures accurate order processing, resolves customer needs efficiently, and reinforces the Company’s commitment to a customer-first approach.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls to process customer orders accurately, professionally, and efficiently
  • Deliver a calm, confident, and solution-oriented experience that reinforces a customer-centric culture
  • Identify and recommend additional product options based on customer needs and system guidance
  • Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance and enhance the customer experience
  • Effectively multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Research and provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs (e.g., schedule adjustments, overtime)
  • Maintain consistent reliability, punctuality, and adherence to schedule expectations
  • Collaborate with internal partners and support teams to resolve more complex issues when needed
  • 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position
  • Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of call center experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally engage with customers
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
  • Proven ability to multitask across systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment
