You will help build the future of the organization by strengthening partnerships, developing innovative revenue opportunities, leading growth campaigns, expanding community influence, and creating the infrastructure needed to scale the mission throughout Arizona and beyond.
If you are energized by possibility, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and have the ability to hold both vision and execution in the same hand, we would love to speak with you.
Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities to package and deliver organizational expertise to new markets.
- Support innovation while preserving mission alignment and program quality.
Lead Communication & Influence
- Partner closely with Marketing and Communications leadership.
- Oversee the production and strategic direction of organizational content
- Ensure all messaging reflects organizational values, vision, and strategic priorities.

Build & Lead High-Performing Teams
- Recruit, develop, and inspire mission-driven teams.
- Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Lead through influence, trust, and servant leadership.
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.
Who You Are
- You are a builder.
- You are energized by growth, inspired by mission, and motivated by seeing ideas become reality.
- You possess both entrepreneurial instincts and operational discipline.
- You know how to navigate ambiguity, rally people around a vision, and create momentum where others see obstacles.
- Most importantly, you lead with humility, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience with responsibility for growth, strategy, business development, organizational expansion, or revenue generation.
- Experience working within, alongside, or in partnership with nonprofit organizations.
- Proven ability to take vision from concept to execution with measurable outcomes.
- Strong background recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience managing initiatives, campaigns, partnerships, or organizational growth
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
