Assisting Hands Home Care South Jacksonville is seeking confident CNAs and HHAs who are comfortable providing higher-acuity care in a client's home. These cases require strong caregiving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support clients with more advanced care needs.

Pay & Schedule Snapshot
Starting pay $17+/hour with higher rates based on care needs
Bonus pay opportunities available
Overtime opportunities available for interested caregivers
Longer shifts available, including 8 to 12-hour assignments
Consistent client assignments whenever possible
Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities

What You'll Do
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide full ADL support
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
Support feeding and hydration
Maintain a safe environment and reduce fall risks
Observe and report changes in client condition
Communicate with families and office staff
Complete detailed care documentation

Qualifications
Active Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification
Current CPR certification
Experience providing hands-on personal care
Experience with transfers and mobility assistance
Strong observation and documentation skills
Reliable transportation
Professional and dependable work ethic
