Rheumatologist – Outpatient Only opportunity in the San Francisco Bay area

Join a respected, physician-owned multispecialty group with over 50 providers and a 40+ year history of delivering high-quality care across Northern California. Our team currently includes one Rheumatologist and is expanding to meet growing patient demand. We are actively recruiting several Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologists to join our team and help build out our outpatient Rheumatology department.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only practice – no inpatient responsibilities
• Join a well-supported department with opportunity to shape clinical growth
• Strong internal referral base from primary care and other specialties
• Multiple practice locations available in the San Francisco Bay Area, East Bay, Napa Valley, and Sacramento regions
• Full administrative and clinical support infrastructure

Compensation & Benefits:

• Negotiable base salary starting at $300,000
• Signing bonus, production bonus, and relocation assistance
