Location: Los Angeles, CA
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, one onsite day weekly)

Company Overview
A large public sector organization supporting numerous departments across Los Angeles County is seeking a Dynamic Architect to lead enterprise CRM architecture and digital transformation initiatives. The organization operates a complex technology environment supporting mission-critical applications and large-scale modernization efforts.
Position Summary
The Dynamic Architect will be responsible for defining and governing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, Power Platform solutions, Azure integrations, and enterprise application strategies. This individual will partner with business and technical leadership to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while providing oversight and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Architect enterprise Power Platform solutions utilizing Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Design Azure integration strategies leveraging Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management
- Define data architecture, migration strategies, and integration frameworks
- Develop application lifecycle management, CI/CD, and governance standards
- Create technical architecture, solution design, and functional documentation
- Conduct proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and architecture reviews
- Partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps, priorities, and success criteria
- Provide leadership and guidance to development teams
- Ensure architecture alignment with business objectives, scalability, performance, and security requirements
- Support Azure DevOps and GitHub processes for deployment and version control
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in systems development, analysis, programming, or testing
- Minimum 8 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Minimum 8 years of experience architecting Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Minimum 8 years of experience designing Azure integrations utilizing Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management
- Minimum 5 years of .NET/C# development experience utilizing Visual Studio
- Minimum 5 years of SQL Server experience including data modeling, stored procedures, and reporting
- Minimum 5 years leading solution architecture, technical governance, and design documentation efforts
- Minimum 3 years of Azure DevOps experience supporting ALM and CI/CD processes
- Experience utilizing GitHub for repository management and source control
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect
- Experience supporting large-scale government or public sector technology environments
- Experience designing enterprise integration frameworks and modernization initiatives
- Experience leading architecture governance and technical review boards
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture principles and scalable system design
- Experience mentoring development teams and driving best practices
